Group Therapy
Sometimes just sitting in a room, being witness to other people’s stories, reminds us we are all just doing our best.
What if it’s Okay to be a mess, at least we’re a mess together
Group therapy can be a unique opportunity to be with others who are going through something similar. There is something really powerful about being in a community with each other and sharing the successes and challenges of being human.
“People need people- for initial and continued survival, for socialization, for the pursuit of satisfaction.”

Offerings Coming Soon
Groups take a while to form and hash out details. Check back and hopefully in the coming months those details will be ready.
Is this the Right Fit?
-
Maybe. If the group is billed as a therapeutic group and there is an intake process to screen for fit, then maybe. We might offer groups also as a support group, which would be an out of pocket cost.
-
I get it, it’s scary to do something new and THEN have to also talk to a group of strangers. If you aren’t ready to talk, no stress. Maybe just listening and knowing you aren’t alone is exactly what you need that day.
-
Really depends. Some might depend on space restrictions of room sizes and others might be more suited for a certain size. Size will be announced once details are posted.
