Individual Therapy

Life as it does, is often lifeing and it can overwhelm us. Doesn’t mean we are broken or doing it wrong- it’s just hard. Individual therapy gives you the chance to slow down, reflect, and start understanding yourself in a deeper way.

You Don’t Have to Go Through This Alone

I often find it the hardest to connect and share our authentic self. There are fears of showing a true self and being rejected. It is the essence of vulnerability, which is ultimately the willingness to do something knowing you could get hurt. Coming here is vulnerable and it’s not that I want therapy to hurt; nevertheless, sometimes you might recognize, feel, and experience things that hurt. Let’s make sure to have the safest conditions to touch the hurt!

In our work together, you'll find a calm, non-judgmental space to explore what truly makes you, you - so you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you move towards growth.

Sometimes the biggest act of kindness we can offer ourselves is acknowledging when we need extra support and giving ourselves the permission to accept it. I am grateful you are here. I look forward to seeing you grow in yourself!

Common Areas of Focus

A supportive space to grow

I have tried to be intentional to create a small and safe office space to engage in the beauty that is therapy. The space often is a first impression and I hope it brings a breath of fresh air to come to a space that feels calm and intentionally made.

I hope you like plants, these windows are too good to not take full advantage!

The Journey, Step by Step

Step 1: Check out the website. Although it can’t fully encapsulate what it is like to sit in a room together, I hope it gives you an idea.

Step 2: Find one of the many “Let’s Chat” boxes and send me a message. Add some tidbits and I’ll do my best to get back to you within 2-3 business days to find a time to chat.

Step 3: I will reply with information on if I’m accepting new clients, if you’re reaching out about individual therapy, and if I am then we can set up a time to have a free 15- minute consult call.

Step 4: If you like how our call goes, we can set up with a session, get you access to the electronic health record system. From there, the system email will walk you through all the paperwork and the process to complete before we see each other.
