Is this the Right Fit?

  • Absolutely! Workshops and events are open to all. As a one gal shop, I know indiviudal sessions are limited, I’m really hopeful to connect with more people and support the importance of community connection by offering activities to help you build support in your own neighborhood.

*Important to note, joining a workshop or event does not constitute a therapeutic relationship as would occur with individual therapy.
    *
If you are an active Moss and meadow client, please know confidentiality is important and might prove harder to maintain if you choose to join an event.

  • Most workshops or events hosted at Water Tower Place (5900 Monona Dr) will max out at 10 participants. Other events will list size as locations may be different.

  • Please know you NEVER HAVE to do anything! I certainly hope if you join you’ll find topics and people to resonate with and it will feel natural to share about your own experiences.

  • Life is hard sometimes. I never want something meant to be supportive and connecting to feel more stressful. Since workshops and events are limited capacity I would love to make sure folks who want to join can. So if you can no longer make it, please reach out to me at least 48 hours before our event so I can offer the spot to someone else. I try to keep a waitlist so last minute cancellations can be filled by others.
